During a fishing trip in the summer of 2006, inventor Daniel Ehrnberg, was inspired by the twirling motion of the water around the oars. The water continued to twirl for a long time and Daniel started thinking about the physics of water and whether this seemingly frictionless phenomenon has any technical potential. This is how SeaTwirl was invented and just a after a few days the first prototype was tested. Daniel founded SeaTwirl in 2012 and the company was listed on First North 2016.
The company develops innovations with a special focus and commitment to a more sustainable world. Since the company was founded in 2010, many new ideas have been developed.
Most have been shown to have technical or commercial limitations, but some have also become larger projects or companies with great potential.
One of the world’s greatest challenges is how to store large amounts of energy over long periods of time. That is why Daniel founded Enairon 2017, which develops a technology that can store large amounts of energy, indefinitely and cost-effectively.
